Randy Richardson, President/Owner
Randy is the President and owner of Richardson Construction, Inc. and has owned his own business since 1981. Randy worked in the trade for six years and began his general contractor business in California and worked there for eleven years before moving to Cheyenne, Wyoming in 1992. Richardson Construction, Inc. has been serving as a general contractor on a variety of commercial projects in the Cheyenne tri-state area ever since. The commercial projects have varied in size and scope with some contracts exceeding more than 10.5 million dollars. Besides doing all of his estimating, Randy has worked with numerous architects, engineers, and owners in preparing budget cost analysis on various projects. Randy has the privilege of working with a core of subcontractors that have worked for RCI for years and have proven themselves in terms of quality workmanship, professionalism, and integrity. Their scope of work for projects includes design-build, value engineering, and designing cost-effective buildings. Randy prides himself on being able to deliver a quality project, at or under budget and always within the scheduled timeframe. Randy has completed Union Carpenter’s apprentice program and Construction Estimating Institute’s successful Project Management course.

Clay Weibel, Project Manager
Clay started with residential construction working in the family business of Weibel Construction, a general contractor working in all phases of construction based in Laramie, Wyoming. He moved to Cheyenne and worked doing framing and supervision of a crew for Raise the Roof Construction in 1997. In January 1998, he went back to Laramie and again worked with Weibel Construction until he came to RCI in December of 1998. At the present time, Clay is our lead project manager. He supervises the field crews, does estimating, ordering, and other required paperwork. He works with Diamond Estates, a residential project built by RCI here in Cheyenne. He is currently managing the Laramie County Shoot Sports Park and Education Center and LaGrange Heritage Square projects. Since coming to work for RCI, he has supervised and managed various projects including Cole Dental Office, Wyoming Machinery, Wyoming Rents, Jonah Bank, Famous Footwear, Bed Bath & Beyond, Security First Bank and numerous smaller projects, both residential and commercial and new and remodel work.

Carl Nold, Superintendent
In 1986, Carl went to work for Circle E.R. Mobile Homes where he set up single and double wide mobile homes and did maintenance on mobile homes. In 1998, Carl went to work for R.K. Construction doing residential framing, siding, interior finish work, roofing, and sheet rock. In 1991, he went to work for Sinnett Builders where he did concrete finish work on commercial buildings, layout work, hollow metal doors, hardware, blocking, and parapet. In 2003, Carl came to work for RCI. He is currently supervising the new Security First Bank in Laramie, Wyoming. Over the years, he has supervised RCI projects Jonah Bank, Wyoming Machinery, Famous Footwear, Bed Bath & Beyond, Cole Dental, D.A.T., and numerous smaller projects. He has also performed remodel work as well as new commercial projects.

Charlie Swainson, Superintendent
Charlie has worked in construction his whole life. He started his experience building log homes from foundation to completion with his father doing business as Rawhide Log Homes from 1983-1998. Charlie worked for a commercial contractor in Wheatridge, Colorado, working on the VA Hospital and Post Office remodel in 1998. He then went to work for K & K Siding and Windows from 1998-2000. Rawhide Log Homes volumes increased and he returned to work for them from 2000-2002. Charlie has worked for RCI since 2002. He is currently supervising the LaGrange Heritage Square project. Over the years, he has supervised RCI projects Wyoming Rents, Aaron's Sales & Lease, two Pizza Hut locations, Outlaw Liquors, Connaghan Dance Studio, and numerous other small projects. He has also performed remodel work and new commercial projects for RCI.

Kathy Sitzman, Office Manager/Project Administrator
Kathy began her accounting career with Certified Public Accounting firms for six years. She did audit work on governmental units, credit unions, and banks as well as preparation of financial statements and tax returns for individuals, businesses, and non-profit organizations. Kathy also performed management advisory services for non-profit organizations allowing them to complete year end financials and tax returns in addition to setting up office procedures. She has done work with financial institutions and private companies doing general ledger and financial statement analysis, budget preparation and variance analysis, financial information preparation for Boards and management, and general accounting and office management duties. Currently, Kathy is working with the administration portion of project management including construction documentation and financial management of the projects.
