Situated on the sixth floor of the US Bank Building in downtown Cheyenne, Cameco Resources contracted RCI to conduct a modern office remodel to expand their operations in the Rocky Mountain region. This professional office space required demolition and removal of the existing 6,400 square foot build-out.
In its place, steel stud framing formed the basis of an office consisting of two video-enabled conference rooms, enclosed offices including both administrative and executive stylings, break area with appliances, and handicap accessible restrooms. Accompanying these renovations is an extensive filing work station with countertop work space and wall mounted cabinetry.
The space provides an open atmosphere with graphical styling throughout glass encased workspaces with space saving entryways. Energy efficiency to include lighting and temperature control also played a key role in bringing Cameco Resources to the forefront of the Cheyenne business community.
