Wyoming Machinery Company utilized RCI's design-build capabilities to perform as the general contractor in building a parts warehouse and service shop along with a heavy equipment wash bay in 2006. The total 60,000 square foot tilt-up concrete project was completed in August and includes offices, parts counter, restrooms, and a trucker's lounge in the tenant finish area. The shop area includes an extensive parts warehouse, mezzanine, engine repair area, and equipment repair area. Both buildings include overhead doors, trench drains, 26' ceilings, extensive HVAC and electrical service, along with numerous owner-furnished items installed by RCI. Site work for these facilities includes concrete pads, asphalt parking areas, loading docks, and extensive landscaping.
