Tilt-up
Tilt-up construction is a specialized technique using concrete to create cost-effective buildings. Using this method, modular concrete elements are formed at the ground level and are allowed to cure. After a set curation period, the elements are then tilted from a horizontal plane to the vertical position with a crane and are braced into position until the remaining building structural components are secured.
Tilt-up construction requires significant on-site organization and collaboration which increases project complexity but also allows designers more control over the finished product. Here at RCI, our experienced team has the necessary skills to complete tilt-up projects safely, effectively and on schedule. As members of the Tilt-Up Concrete Association, RCI always stays up to date on the latest technology for constructing tilt-up structures. Please contact us today for more information.
